The Deacon’s Court Street Fair was held on Saturday 12th May at the Cross, Linlithgow. The fair was opened at 2pm by the Linlithgow Reed Band and stalls selling toys, home baking, books, plants, tombola and sweets were present, alongside fairground games, and owls, hawks and falcons from the local falconry.
The release of the balloons for the Round Table’s Balloon Race took place at 4pm with the gentlemen of the Round Table making a valiant effort to rescue the last few trapped balloons from the net.
Lochside Playgroup sold a total of £243 of balloons – thank-you to everyone who bought and sold balloons!
